A place to reach us.

Code Girly support is handled by TNAADO Inc in Canada. Choose the topic below to find the right next step.

Get in touch

For a question about the app, account review or a technical problem, email contact@tnaado.ca. Include “Code Girly” in the subject, a brief description and the app version if available. You can describe a problem without sharing an incident location or private conversation.

Do not send passwords, Apple sign-in codes, credit card numbers, government identification or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited account information to confirm we can assist you.

Account access, review and deletion

Signing in and community approval are separate. If your review is pending, or you want a decision reconsidered, contact support. We cannot guarantee approval and do not use Apple Pay or a person’s appearance to establish eligibility.

To request deletion, use the account deletion flow in the app when available, or email contact@tnaado.ca with “Code Girly account deletion” in the subject. The app may require a fresh Apple confirmation for the same account. If the in-app request cannot be completed, support can help you confirm its status and request deletion.

Signing out removes local access but does not delete the account. Accepted deletions revoke community access before provider cleanup finishes; the app distinguishes pending from complete. Limited safety records may remain as explained in the retention policy. We will explain any identity confirmation needed and lawful limits on your request.

Privacy questions

For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or a privacy concern, use contact@tnaado.ca with “Code Girly privacy” in the subject. See the privacy policy for the information we process, service providers and your choices.

Community concerns

Use the in-app private report and block controls for a connected participant. You can also contact support with relevant facts. Do not publicly accuse someone or share private identifying details. Read the community guidelines for expected conduct and reporting.

Immediate danger

Code Girly and this support email do not automatically contact emergency services or guarantee a response. If you believe a crime or immediate emergency is happening, contact 911 when safe. Stay in a safe place and avoid approaching or confronting anyone.
